My very special guest today is Agnes from Pure Studios. She is a professional photographer, who has actually done all the professional photography for my business, Naturally Joyous, and today she explains to us why so many women prefer to hide from the camera.

My previous photoshoot with her was an incredible and empowering experience from which I learned things such as how to position my body for better photos and how beautiful it is when we can actually be captured very purely for who we are.

I know from speaking with women in my business, that so many of them struggle to put themselves out there and get good photographs for their business because they are always waiting for when their body's going to be different.
