JULIANA LEAMEN

Juliana is the founder of Naturally Joyous Inc. She is a Board Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, University-trained with a Masters In Science, certified as a Functional Genomics Practitioner and trained in Human Behaviour. She is the host of 'Confidence From Within' Podcast and author of the book 'Release - A Woman's Guide To Releasing Weight In Midlife Through Becoming Your Body's Best Friend". She is on a mission to provide a new model of care for weight loss for women during menopause transition and post-menopause, what she calls weight release, moving away from the ‘diet mindset’ and helping women find confidence from within.

Kat started her search for better health over thirty years ago and she is a Success Coach for the Weight Release Shift program, providing support and nutritional coaching to our members. In 2003, Kat became a yoga teacher and in 2014 she completed her studies in Holistic Nutrition. As a woman in mid-life, Kat’s focuses on women in their peri-menopause, menopause, and post menopause journey.
