In today’s episode, we talk about choices! When talking to women and asking them some initial questions, I often hear them say, “I know what I need to do, I know what makes my body feel good, I just don't do it” and they don't know why.

So why do we choose the cookie instead of the broccoli? Why do we choose to not do something that we know is good for our health even though we know the things that we're supposed to do?

In the weight loss world, there is much emphasis on external accountability, motivation, pushing ourselves to stay on track, to keep on track and get back on track, but something key is missing! And I’m here to give you a clear understanding of that!
