In today's episode, we talk about hunger! And I mean hunger, literally as in hunger for food, and metaphorically, in the sense of a hunger for achieving your dreams and getting your goals accomplished.

I show you the progression of how the two worlds relate and hopefully, if you are somebody that either struggles with your weight, or just feels you're not in control of your health, this will give you a very important perspective shift.

In my line of work, we do not about pushing, forcing and depriving. On the contrary, the perspective shift that I'm providing you today is all about alignment, acknowledging how you feel, and actually untangling some past emotions that may potentially have been a little bit confusing, enabling you to powerfully use them to your benefit!
