Today, I talk about willpower! When it comes to losing weight, my job is not to push you or to encourage you to push yourself either. I have discovered that there is an easier way, a switch from the pushing and the trying really hard aspect of weight loss to a much more aligned approach, which is weight release.
I see so many people telling women that all they need to get to their weight release goals is to have more willpower, to work it like a muscle, to have discipline, to push through, to stay consistent and to not give up! And I have a very different perspective on this topic, which I share with you in this episode today. Sometimes, all we need is a little shift in perspective to unlock our true potential!
