Yes, we are busy, but we can still eat healthy! I know first hand that cooking healthy meals can be difficult on a busy schedule, reason why I dedicate my work to this very cause and I am happy to say that I have cracked the code of being healthy while busy and I want to share it with you, so you can also experience the same level of success.
It all comes down to 3 key steps: (1) preparation, (2) organization and (3) motivation, and after years of trial and error, I realized that we need a balance of all 3 to master this busy-healthy gig!
