Body Bliss - Yoga and Nutrition Workshop

Join us for a Body Bliss workshop where you will learn a gentle yoga practice to help you awaken and get in touch with your body, followed by an interactive Nutrition session where we will learn how to use food to nourish your body. A healthy light lunch is included in your registration fee.
