Body Bliss - Nutrition & Yoga Workshop

Body Bliss is a workshop designed for women of any age and any weight to improve how they feel, through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, combined with foods to nourish the body, mind and soul.

In this 3-hour workshop you will learn how to use Kundalini yoga to calm the monkey-mind, improve flexibility and gain a sense of well-being. As a special gift to all attendees, you will be given a Home Practice Guide, so you will be able to continue receiving the benefits of this wonderful practice.  

 We will also discuss how foods can greatly impact how we feel and will explore some new ways to use food as medicine using simple ingredients found in most people’s pantries! During our interactive Nutrition talk, a healthy light lunch will be served, included in your registration fee.

The principles of Holistic Nutrition offer a comprehensive approach to wellness that aims to remove obstacles to healing for whole body balance. With the understanding that all parts are interconnected, how we feel and what we eat can have a large impact in our weight, hormonal balance, sleep patterns, energy levels and more. Through learning how to use food as medicine, you become able to re-gain an overall sense of well-being and transform how you look at food.
